The new Verizon phones Motorola Droid Turbo back panel look only slightly larger than the Droid MAXX, look identical to onscreen buttons, but give you full screen, all of the time and no AMOLED burn-in.
I really should like this design. It’s rugged, masculine, and carbon fiber and Kevlar is all high-tech. The specs sound good nonetheless, and for those down with Android and Verizon it could be a good choice.
Motorola Droid Turbo will have a 5.2 inch display with 2560 x 1440 resolution, 2.65GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, a 20-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. Why the new Droid Turbo would need 3 Gb of RAM when the new Moto X still has 2 Gb. Assuming they are virtually identical software-wise like last year (except a few extra bloatware apps on the Droid), why bother with the extra gig of RAM?
