The new LG G Flex looks like the most interesting phone in the
T-Mobile lineup right now. Very different phone. The curve gives it a
totally different feel. The display isn’t as good, though.
The T-Mobile LG G Flex will be available on February 5, pre-orders starting today. People who want a phablet and what for now is a very unique phone. Not my cup of tea, but I can see people attracted to the new and different giving it a try. The smartphone will cost $0 down with 24 equal monthly device payments of $28 with T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Plan.
LG G Flex key features:
– 6-inch 720p display
– 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor
– 2GB of RAM
– 32GB of internal memory
– MicroSD card support
– 13-megapixel camera
– 3,500 mAh battery
– housed between two rear control buttons
– between 7.9 and 8.7mm thick
– 177g Weigh
The difference between 720 and 1080 on a 4 to 5-inch phone isn’t that big of a deal, but once you get up to 6 inches, the added resolution is important. On the positive side, this is first Gen for flexible screens so some compromise is to be expected.
Ok, T-Mobile’s site is saying the LG G Flex memory is expandable up to 64 GB with a microSD card. I did not think this phone had a microSD slot. I was on the fence because of this but if this is true I’m getting one.
